Booking requests
All bookings start as a booking request. A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and acknowledged by our team.
Deposits and balances
A deposit (typically 30% of the package total) is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is due before travel, as communicated by our team.
Pricing and availability
Package prices and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Capacity for each package option is limited.
Changes and cancellations
Please contact us as early as possible regarding any changes. Cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy.
